Full access is $160 per year, or pay once with no auto-renew: a 3-month pass for $40, a 6-month pass for $80, or lifetime access for $500. Everything is included on every plan. Payments are processed securely by PayPal.

Yes. Subscriptions renew automatically, but you can cancel any time from your Account page (or from PayPal) and keep access until the end of the paid period.

No. To keep pricing simple and honest, every plan includes everything — pick the yearly subscription, a 3- or 6-month pass, or lifetime access. You can review every feature in detail on the features page before buying, and the live demo lets you try the editor first.

In the studio choose Help → Report a bug…: it sends a picture of the page and the app's own error log along with your description, which is the fastest route to a fix. Outside the studio use the Report a bug link in the footer. Every report lands in our tracker and is read by a person; leave an email and we'll reply when it's fixed.

Yes — LetterMyComic runs in any modern browser (Chrome, Edge, Firefox, Safari) on Windows, macOS, Linux and Chromebooks. There is nothing to install and updates are automatic.

Your artwork renders locally in your browser and is never uploaded while you work. Only projects you explicitly save to your cloud library are stored on our servers, and they are private to your account.

PNG, JPG, WebP, GIF, AVIF, BMP, SVG, TIFF and PDF. TIFFs — the format most print-resolution scans arrive in — are converted automatically the moment you drop them in, and PDFs are rasterised page by page. Anything else is refused with a clear message rather than failing silently.

Over 150 comic fonts are built in (600+ font files across regular, bold, italic and bold italic weights). Dialogue faces led by LMC Casual — the default lettering hand — plus Comic Neue, Patrick Hand and Kalam; display and SFX faces for impact, brush, torn-edge and chiselled looks; themed faces; and classic system stacks. Many are original LetterMyComic typefaces you will not find anywhere else, and every bundled font is properly licensed.

Pages export as full-resolution PNG or TIFF at your chosen page size and DPI, or as a multi-page PDF (with optional printer crop marks) or CBZ. The default US comic page is 1500×2250 pixels, and you can set custom sizes up to 8000 pixels for print work.

Yes — drag your pencils, inks or finished art straight onto the page or into panels, then letter over them. Photo filters (black & white, sepia, noir and more) are included.

Yes. File → Export Lettering & Styles… writes a small .lmc with no page art — every balloon, caption, sound effect, stamp, Tuck Back cutout and saved style. Whoever opens it can merge it onto their own copy of the book with File → Import Lettering & Styles…, page for page. Edit → Clear Art… does the reverse on an open book: it strips the scans and keeps all the lettering, so a lettered book can be re-used on fresh art.

Yes. File → Import Art Pages… takes a whole folder of scans. The number in each file name (page03.png, 07.jpg, 012.tif) decides which page it lands on, pages are added as needed, and each picture is scaled so its left and right edges meet the page's exactly and centred — behind any lettering already on the page.

Your projects remain stored and you can export JSON backups at any time. Re-subscribe and pick up exactly where you left off.
